• Appointment cancellation has to be carried out by the customer through the website. We do not entertain cancelation requests through phone or email.
• If at time, appointments may be canceled or postponed by the Doctor. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact and inform the customer and he/she may reschedule the appointment as per his/her convenience or visit www.r5aesthetics.com/site2020/book-your-consultation for re-booking

• A Customer may reschedule his/her appointment within 24 hour.
• Any person can reschedule the appointment two times. More than two times patient need to pay again to schedule the appointment.
• All re-schedule requests will be subject to bank processing fee and these charges will be applied as is to the customer.
• In case of re-scheduling, if there is any difference in the charges for re-scheduled appointment, we will collect the differential amount from the customer.

• If patient could not online at the stipulated time and miss the consultation Clinic will not refund the fee but can reschedule the next appointment within 15 days.
• In case of cancellation by Patient, 25% of the total amount will be deducted.
• In case of cancellation by Doctors, full amount will be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date refund request is initiated from the customer. Further if the payment is delayed from the bank then Clinic will inform to customer for the delayed.

All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the customer enters them. R5 shall not be liable for any failure by the Customer making the payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons, during or after the online payment process.

R5 reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will be published on the website.
